Born on January, 12, 1992 into money, opulence and second-hand fame, the first daughter of rock royalty Mick Jagger, Georgia May Ayeesha of course had to feature as an ‘It Girl’.

Modelling on an elite level runs in the family with her supermodel mother, Jerry Hall, showing her the ropes of the business at a young age. One of seven children, Georgia May had to fight to stand out and was first signed at the tender age of 16 to Independent Models.

Her full lips, jutting teeth and thick mop of unruly blonde hair first saw her walk the runway for Vivienne Westwood in 2008, and naturally, her career was cemented from there.

Georgia May grew up in inner-city London with her rock legend dad, front-man of The Rolling Stones, Mick Jagger, ex-model mother, various siblings and pets. She is signed with IMG in New York and business birth-child of Independent in the UK, TESS Models.

Her biggest campaigns to date post the Westwood walk include Rimmel, Robert Cavalli, Mulberry, Versace and Chanel. Smaller than a traditional model, standing tall(ish) at only 5’7, she is still considered to be one of the best runway walkers on the globe, and showed the world just how formidable she could be when she signed a two-million dollar deal with Hudson jeans, becoming actively involved in the design element of the line.

At only 22, Miss Georgia May Jagger is still in the early stages of her career but continues to remain at the top of style and VIP invite lists, being named Model of the Year at the British Fashion Awards in 2009.

Jagger has realised the importance of keeping a high-profile in global media and holds dear the celebrity company she keeps. A core element of the globally recognised ‘it’ crowd, she is regularly seen out with fellow girls of the moment, Cara Delevingne, Karlie Kloss and Kendall Jenner.

She has already graced the covers of Elle, Harpar’s Bazaar, Glamour, Vogue, Muse and Woman in her brief time in the industry and currently lives in the leafy high-end suburb of Richmond, London, after a short-lived stint in New York City, which didn’t quite work out.

She featured in the 2012 Summer Olympics closing ceremony alongside English model high-society members Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell and Lily Donaldson, and in early 2014 appeared in an international campaign for German jewellery designer Thomas Sabo’s ‘Glam & Soul’ and ‘Karma Beads’ Ladies Collection.

Most recently, Jagger stepped behind the camera when she shot the glamorous cosmetics ad campaign for the Garnier advertising initiative as the official chief photographer in the Parisian district of Marais, fostering her love for photography. When it comes to the walk, she’s definitely got the moves like Jagger.
