Born Alecia Beth Moore in Doylestown Pennsylvania, Pink is an American singer-songwriter and musician. From an early age she aspired to be a rock star joining her first band in high school ‘Middleground’. After the band folded Moore went on to work on her vocals and song-writing, using her lyrics as an emotional outlet.
