NME is returning to print and we couldn’t be more thrilled. NME magazine is a cultural icon that focused on representing new films, new music, gaming and culture throughout their reign. The brand has remained in the metaphorical ‘Hall of Fame of Music and Pop Culture’ since 1952. Their popularity and adoration outlived them after they closed in March 2018. They are most known for being a pivotal voice for music and artists.
NME is now officially doing bi-monthly print editions, with a global reach. The brand has expressed that the reincarnation of the magazine will “entertain, inform and inspire entertainment obsessives and the wider industry by harnessing NME’s phenomenal, world-class journalism to galvanise the brand’s status as the world’s leading music and pop culture destination”.
The Cover will be a section of the magazine that showcases information about new talent every Monday. Their focus is going to be on celebrating emerging artists, and giving them a platform to be represented as ‘ones to watch.’
“Our new global magazine will curate the very best of NME; championing emerging artists and bands and serving as the definitive voice in pop culture.”
