Supreme and Nike Reunite for Special Spring 2022 Collection
Supreme continues its partnership with lifestyle giant Nike thru a new 2022 collaboration. The special Spring 2022 collection features simple silhouettes in set colours. It builds on Nike’s sporting outlook through the New York imprint’s distinct street sensibility.
Made exclusively for Supreme, the pieces are more understated in the design department. The range includes a Hoodie Jacket, Crewneck, Cargo Pant, Sweatpant and 6-Panel.
The Hoodie Jacket, Cargo Pant and 6-Panel feature cotton corduroy with embroidering and appliqué logos. The accompanying Crewneck and Sweatpant are constructed with brushed-back fleece; complete with appliqué logos for a matching sweatsuit look.
All we can say is: we’ll catch you in the lineup for that purple corduroy tracksuit!
The new collaboration is available online from May 26th.
Virgil Abloh’s Louis Vuitton x Nike collaboration lands in New York
From May 21-31, 2022, the exhibition Louis Vuitton and Nike “Air Force 1” by Virgil Abloh takes place at the Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse in Brooklyn. Open to the public, the expansive showcase charts the creative dialogue between Nike and Louis Vuitton. This Spring-Summer 2022 collection was envisioned by Abloh prior to his passing on November 28, 2021.
Prices start from 2,000 euros. And the demand is gaining momentum. The nine limited-edition colourways are set for release by Louis Vuitton this summer. Prices are expected to be so high that they will only be released through the brand’s e-commerce channel.
“It’s completely not a shoe. It’s an art object. It doesn’t even need to be on someone’s feet,”
Abloh told FT last summer. “It distils everything I’m saying into an object. The ‘Air Force 1’ is a basketball shoe, but through hip-hop culture it has energised a representative sculpture. It means a lot to very specific people.”

Bulgari x Ducati for Special Edition Aluminum Chronograph Watch
Watchmaking meets motorcycling in an exclusive collaboration between Italian titans, Bulgari and motorcycle brand, Ducatti. The unique collaboration results in a special edition Aluminum Chronograph watch. This move charts the possibility for future timepiece collaborations.
The watch features a 40mm diameter aluminium case with the iconic bezel and bracelet in black rubber, while the crown and chronograph pushers are made of titanium. The chronograph is water-resistant to 100 meters and the mechanical automatic BVL 130 movement, beating inside at the rate of 28,800 vibrations per hour, ensures tenth-of-a-second accuracy.
An Iconic Look
The titanium case back gets an anti-wear DLC treatment. It comes with Ducati branding and a production number, to attest to the uniqueness of the limited edition piece. The watch comes in a special anodized aluminium case with rubber interior and soft-touch finish; bearing the signatures of the two brands Ducati and Bulgari.
“For this special collaboration the Bulgari Aluminium model was a natural choice due to its combination of materials, sporty character and iconic look. The red color and the recognizable font that we use for the numerals on the dial are a nod to the captivating universe of Ducati motorbikes.”
Says Fabrizio Buonamassa Stigliani, Bulgari’s Product Creation Executive Director, as written on the Ducatti website.
Limited to 1,000 units, the watch is available now at Bulgari.
BEAUTY
Mono offers Luxury Skincare Tablets
In a move set to revolutionise the beauty industry, Mono Skincare introduces a new range of cleansing products in tablet form. They can be taken orally after dropping one into a reusable container. One tablet produces 50 ml of solution. It mixes with water, and after 30 minutes, turns into a serum. Upon activation, each product can be used for six months. Undiluted, a tablet can be stored for 12 months.
“We have designed each product with a very specific promise, focusing on efficacy: results are visible after four days, by acting on the microbiome, integrating prebiotics to nourish the flora. And we took great care to use at least the minimum concentration levels required for ingredients to really have an effect,”
explains Laurie Mias.
The Mono Skincare range is composed of 14 formulas including makeup remover, face cleanser, toner, day cream, serum, deodorant, and body mist. Every item contains 100% natural formulas and renewable, traceable ingredients sourced in Europe. All cosmetics are suitable for pregnant women, children, and hypersensitive skin. The packaging is recyclable and/or second-hand materials: glass, wood, and aluminium. All bottles are refillable. This makes it one of the most sustainable beauty products to date. We can’t wait to try it out.
MUSIC
Quavo & Takeoff – Hotel Lobby (Official Video)
Quavo and Takeoff, who form two-thirds of the popular Trap band, Migo’s, have released their latest hit, “Hotel Lobby.” Inspired by the Johnny Depp film, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, the trippy music video takes us on a journey following uncle Quavo and his real life nephew, Takeoff as they spin through a night of dastardly adventures in Sin City.
Produced by Murda Beatz, the song itself is a rags-to-riches tale, with Quavo rapping in the chorus, “Ni**a wasn’t sh*t, I was outside servin’ narcotics/ Pass me the stick, ni**a make one wrong move, just pop him.”
T “Hotel Lobby,” was released by the duo, only a day after rumour’s of a Migos’ breakup started making the rounds online. Avid social media users noticed Offset and his wife, Cardi B, were no longer following Quavo and Takeoff on Instagram. Fans further noted that Quavo wasn’t following Offset, leading some to believe the two have fallen out.

Stranger Things Season 4
After a three year hiatus, the cult classic, “Stranger Things” is back on Netflix. The premise of the new season introduces the “kids,” to the Dungeons & Dragons team Hellfire Club, led by Dustin, who rolls a 20-sided die to decide their future.
The penultimate season features a host of new characters including Robert Englund as Victor Creel. Also starring is Jamie Campbell Bower as Peter Ballard and Eduardo Franco as Argyle. This is to make up for the fact that the regular actors playing the major team are rapidly outgrowing their characters.
The Fourth Season comes in two volumes. It begins six months after the events of the Season 2 finale. With each episode of Vol. 1 at an average runtime of 75 minutes, they feel more like mini-movies in length.
The seven-episode Stranger Things Season 4 Vol. 1 arrives this Friday, May 27 followed by a Vol. 2 release on July 1.
