We may be moving into the cooler seasons in the south but that doesn’t mean we can’t appreciate the latest fashions our brethren in the northern hemisphere produce. And by appreciate, we of course mean salivate with furious envy.
The latest spring/summer collection comes from Jack Wills, the fabulously British label with a penchant for relaxed prep.
And as one would expect from such a brand, their new range is undeniably… preppy.
The upcoming collection features a healthy mix of styles, from the classic polo shirt, to printed shorts and tees, with a variety of blazers and knitted sweaters thrown in for good measure.
Because hey, it may be spring and summer in Britain but that doesn’t mean it’s warm.
The new collection is accompanied by a suitably laid-back campaign that features a swath of beautiful people lounging around a yacht the vast majority of us could never hope to step on, let alone afford.
According to Richard Nicholl, Creative Director for Jack Wills, the campaign manages to capture the essence of the new season:
“What summer is about when you’re young; there are no rules, you can go where you want and wear what you want.”
We don’t know about you, but we want to go to Britain and grab ourselves some of this collection. Would anyone like to buy us a yacht so we can get there in style? Anyone? Anyone?
