It seems to be the latest trend for IT models to front campaigns for the biggest and best activewear brands. For their recent #NYMade campaign, Nike collaborated with Bella Hadid to promote the brand’s new five-floor store in Soho, New York City.
After becoming the face of designer brands such as Calvin Klein, J.W. Anderson and Givenchy, it’s the first time Hadid will model for a fitness brand. Following in her co-model sister Gigi Hadid’s footsteps, who has been campaigning for Reebok, Bella also joins the ranks of athletic-inspired superstar model Cara Delevingne, who became Puma’s latest ambassador for their “Do You” campaign.
In addition to Bella Hadid, Nike enlisted prominent athlete talents for the campaign, such as Serena Williams, Allyson Felix, Simone Biles and Alex Morgan. Hadid shared her excitement about the campaign on Instagram with her fans by captioning a picture with:
“So excited to announce that I am OFFICIALLY PART OF THE @NIKE FAMILY! More coming very soon.”
We are so excited about what is to come next for the supermodel!
