Italian sportswear brand, FILA has debuted their SS20 ‘See Now, Buy Now’ collection at Milan Fashion Week and it’s giving us big sporty-futuristic vibes.
Making its second appearance on the runway, FILA has seemingly created a ‘part two’ of the SS19 collection but more elevated.
The ‘See Now, Buy Now’ collection features luxe textures, rich hues, and tailored silhouettes. Namely, waterfall neckline dresses, sequined minis, and asymmetrical skirts, as well as a series of holographic utilitarian jackets, and logo-embossed outerwear.
On the other hand, the brand consistently stays grounded in its sports heritage with its casual pieces like tracksuits, hoodies, tank tops, and t-shirts.
FILA’s accessory game this season is funky and retro; from wraparound visor shades and duffle bags with the FILA-box logo to giant tote bags and small waist bags; they’re perfect for the upcoming festival season.
Now, if we’re talking shoes, the sparkly iteration of the famous FILA disruptors or as the Twitter kids call it, ‘dino stompers‘ takes the cake for me. As much as I hate to admit it, they’re actually kind of cute in an ugly way.
Clearly, the brand shows no signs of slowing down and we’re keen to see what they’ll serve next.
