We are in Fashion Week mode once again. Things are beginning to feel a little more normal after a few missed seasons – owing to the COVID-19 pandemic. An array of designers returned to physical schedules with some digital presentations in the mix.

This time, NYFW AW2022 debuts are full of autumn browns and pastel hues, sheepskin / suede winter elegance and fun, glittery embellishments.

Including lists of headline-worthy shows, it’s beyond a challenge to pick out the essential moments. The prevailing tonal trends of Proenza Shouler FW22 are comfort and ease. Sergio Hudson’s Pastels are for the modern woman. Coach channels American heritage, from plaid vintage 60’s style dresses to oversized tees.
