Read on to see the #3 top trending videos of the week on YouTube! With an intense competition with multiple new song releases and teasers dropping this week, the below videos stayed constant – topping the trending charts for the longest.
#1 Apple event
Apple has a new launch and everyone doesn’t have its eyes on it? Well, that’s not possible. So it was a no brainer to see this one topping our list. Released on Apple’s official page, the 1.5-hour long event already has more than 25 million views.
The brand launched its most expensive Pro model till date during the event – iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max. Unveiled by Tim Cook, the launch also included new Apple Watches and AirPods Pro 2 earbuds with USB-C charging. All these new upgrades come with the hope of tempting the customers to switch or upgrade to the latest versions and helping the company stabilise its otherwise dipped share price.
Users can pre-book these new launches Friday onwards and will be available on 22nd September.
#2 Aquaman and the lost kingdom teaser
The complete trailer is scheduled to go live on the Thursday, 14th September.
Jason Momoa as Arthur Curry/Aquaman appeared in the teaser in all his scaly, orange and green glory. Yahya Abdul-Mateen II played Black Manta, who vowed to utterly destroy Aquaman’s store. Patrick Wilson, Amber Heard, and Nicole Kidman are back for the sequel to DC’s most commercially successful movie to date. However, it’s unclear how much screen time the cast actually gets. The infamous Heard v. Depp case and subsequent scandal have increased the buzz surrounding the film. But it seems the third round of retakes was successful.
Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom is all set to release in theatres on 20th December.
#3 Get Him Back by Olivia Rodrigo
Olivia Rodrigo has released a brand-new music video “Get Him Back”. It is the first video from Guts since its release last week. The song portrays the singer joining numerous other Olivia Rodrigos in spreading mayhem. The new song was released just a few hours before her performance at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards. The whole video is said to have been shot entirely on the brand-new iPhone 15 Pro Max, in collaboration with Apple.
The video has garnered 1.1 million views in less than 10 hours of its release and this number is expected to increase.
