Swedish duo NOTD return with a new single, ‘Keep You Mine’ featuring singer-songwriter SHY Martin, who also happens to be a fellow Swede.
Now that we’ve become acquainted with NOTD’s popular and irresistible sound, with ‘I Wanna Know’ featuring Bea Miller and ‘So Close’ still playing on repeat in our heads, now the Swedes are giving us an interesting slice of dance-pop in their new track.
The energetic track includes a combination of electronic and organic elements, perfectly placed to compliment Martin’s dazzling vocals.
For Swedish teenagers, Tobias Danielsson and Samuel Brandt, the success for NOTD is incredibly impressive. With 650 million streams from their own productions, 150 million streams from remixes of all our favourite artists, certified Platinum in Sweden, Canada, Australia (2x) and Norway, Gold in the US, and topping all major Apple Music playlists with 8 million monthly listeners on Spotify; these boys seem to be an unstoppable force in the industry.
Marking their second collaboration with SHY Martin, the first being her role in co-writing ‘I Wanna Know’, this new track is sure to accumulate worldwide success.
NOTD are taking their hits on tour with ZEDD for the US and Europe, an unfortunate miss for all their Aussie fans. But until we get our own Australian tour, we’ll be showing some major love for their single, ‘Keep You Mine’.
Make sure to check out NOTD’s vlog on YouTube giving fans an insight into how they made ‘So Close’ and stay tuned for their vlog on ‘Keep You Mine’ that’s sure to be released soon.
