Jimin of BTS will soon premiere his brand-new independent film. The new movie, Jimin’s Production Diary, will be available on Weverse starting on October 23.
The songs “Like Crazy” and “Set Me Free Pt. 2” tease the project. It first hit the shelves in March 2023. Citing talent such as producer by Pdogg, Ghstloop, and Evan, “FACE” is now the highest-charting album in Billboard history for a South Korean artist.
In the trailer, Jimin shares his thoughts and feelings behind his first solo production. He gives the audiences a pure glimpse into his personality.
Special Content
Jimin shared a short video of himself writing the title of the movie on a blank notepad along with the announcement of the documentary on BTS’s official social media channels. Unexpectedly, a teaser trailer appeared on BTS’s official social media platforms the following day.
The Grammy nominee remarks, “It’s something that I shouldn’t think too simply. It became the opportunity to know what I should do more clearly,” in the teaser, which shows Jimin working on one of the album’s tracks in a studio. “I can say that there are more things I want to do,” he adds.
A release calendar accompanied the initial announcement on October 10. On October 14, pre-orders for the movie opened up. The schedule, valid through to October 26th, also includes special content from Jimin to his fans, lyric videos, extra posters, and a quiz show.

Jimin’s Production Diary will be The Bangtan Boys’ most recent release. In July of last year, HYBE and the Walt Disney Company announced a new worldwide content collaboration. This included five streaming films in total, three of which were exclusive to BTS or its members. Two of the three projects have been completed since the announcement of that cooperation, and fans are still excitedly anticipating the publication of the documentary series Monuments: Beyond the Star.
Pre-orders for the documentary will be accepted starting on October 13 at 9 p.m. EST through the BTS Weverse Shop.
