DESIRE GROUPE New HQ at ‘The Burcham’ in Roseberry

The DESIRE GROUPE’s New creative HQ, also housing the base for Fashion Industry Broadcast and Style Planet TV is now at the brand new high tech and sustainable Burcham on Crewe Place in Rosebery.

Rising out of the industrial ashes of the old Wrigley’s Gum factory, our new HQ has everything that a creative base could ask for. Our own street front entrance, industrial tech loft vibe, copious secure parking, Tesla charging bays, fingerprint sensors door entry, hi tech In House rooftop cinema and entertainment spaces.

The Burcham has been challenging conventions since its inception. Originally built in 1918 from steel reinforced concrete, it was a modern marvel in its day.

Designed by John Burcham Clamp in a Chicago-esque architectural style, it was constructed to house the manufacture of Wrigley’s Gum. Today, the chewing gum has gone, but The Wrigley’s building has been restored and refreshed to be the centrepiece in The Burcham precinct.

Our new HQ has everything that a creative base could ask for. Our own street front entrance, industrial tech loft vibe, copious secure parking, Tesla charging bays, fingerprint sensors door entry, hi tech In House rooftop cinema and entertainment spaces, even an edible garden designed by Jamie Durie and much more.

This is the perfect new base, with almost all the cool inner-city fashion HQ’s close by and convenient. Head 5 minutes north and you’ll find yourself in Surry Hills. Head 10 minutes east and you could be shopping in Bondi Junction.

Our street level private entry is on the corner of Crewe Place and Primrose Avenue, we look forward to welcoming you to our new base soon.
