The second trailer for the highly-anticipated reboot dropped, everyone’s losing their minds over how they’ve taken ass-kicking to a whole new level.
Now if you thought Charlie’s Angels couldn’t radiate any more bad bitch energy, you thought wrong. The action-packed trailer gives fans a little taste of what the trio is like in action as the women work together to protect the world from a dangerous piece of technology, with the use of various gadgets and disguises.
With a stellar cast featuring Kristen Stewart as Sabina Wilson, Ella Balinska as Jane Karo and Naomi Scott as Elena Houghlin; Director Elizabeth Banks will make regular appearances in the film alongside Patrick Stewart, Sam Claflin, Djimon Hounsou, John Tucker, Luis Gerardo Méndez, and Noah Centineo.
Interestingly, the new take on the cult classic made some major changes from previous iterations:
- The Townsend agency has expanded into an international organisation.
- The name ‘Bosley’ is now a rank within the organisation, which means there can and will be more than one Bosley.
Following the trailer drop, Ariana Grande, who teamed up with Miley Cyrus and Lana Del Rey to record “Don’t Call Me Angel“, revealed the complete list of songs for the film’s soundtrack on her Instagram.
The soundtrack will consist of new tunes from Nicki Minaj, Normani, Kim Petras, Anitta, Chaka Khan, Victoria Monét, and five original songs by Grande.
Charlie’s Angels will hit Australian cinemas on November 14.
