Darling Sweethearts, the time has come to get excited. Your favourite gal pals Eddie and Patsy are back and absolutely fabulous as ever.
The trailer for the Ab Fab movie was released today, 4 years after the last instalment of glamourous drunken escapades. The 2 minute trailer has everything you look for in a promotional video, Jon Hamm, scenic shots of the South of France, bold fashion choices and our very own Rebel Wilson.
All your favourites from the original series are back; Jennifer Saunders, Joanna Lumley and Julia Sawalha each reprise their roles as Eddy, Patsy and Safron respectively (thank god for that). Though it seems the overall plot will focus more on the notoriously scandalous pair and their Thelma and Louise-esque pursuit from the police. Up until now the plot of the film has been kept mostly under wraps however all was revealed this afternoon and boy was it worth the wait.

The major incident is *Spoiler alert* Kate Moss’ death, and their apparent scheme seems to involve a ruse of a wedding with Patsy dressed in drag. Such fun.
The film has an August release date, rumour has it Saunders and Lumley will be travelling down under to promote the film so isn’t that just the cherry on top of wonderfulness that is this news sundae.
