Cara Delevingne exposes The Sun on false story

Top model and actress Cara Delevingne has posted an Instagram photo of a letter from Victoria’s Secret slamming an article written by The Sun.

The news article, now removed, had made claims that Delevingne could not walk the 2014 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show due to being “too bloated”. It had also referenced a strict audition process which models have to go through even if they have taken part in the show in a previous year.

However, all these claims have been proven false after Miss Delevingne shared a photo of a letter from the US lingerie company explaining the true reason for her absence: she was in the middle of filming in North Carolina.

Edward Razek, the show’s executive producer, had revealed in the letter that she was “first person invited, months ahead of anyone else.” He had also invited her to walk the Paris show on 30th November, without casting or audition.

Miss Delevingne had captioned the photo, “it’s shameless to discuss women’s bodies just to sell papers #bloated” which is a perfect and classy f*** you to The Sun and media who are overly critical of women’s bodies.

We will see you in Paris this November Cara!
