Our girl Gigi Hadid has teamed up with Donatella Versace to shoot the Spring 2017 campaign for Versus Versace.
As if this isn’t big enough, it was released that the new visuals star none other than Hadid’s boyfriend and newly named creative director of the label Zayn Malik along with model Adwoa Aboah. So basically her photography debut is shooting her model/singer/all round good looking boyfriend! If that’s not a good first day on the job then we don’t know what is.
The images capture the two models hanging out in the Chateau Marmont hotel in LA, taken on iPhones and digital cameras instead of the kind of professional cameras you’d usually expect from a project like this. The images reflect Donatella’s desire to create “a real wardrobe for a fresh generation.” The key pieces as shown in the featured images include denims and leathers.
Speaking out about the three young stars Donatella Versace said;
“They are young people who define the mood of their generation with their honesty, energy and their love.”
The collection will be dropping in June followed shortly after by Zayn Malik’s collaboration with the label.
