With just three weeks until Twin Peaks is finally back for another season, another short teaser trailer has been released to tide you diehard fans over.
The trailer for David Lynch’s cult show teases the latest footage of the fictitious town with location shots. The show, which originally aired during 1990-91, is back after twenty-six years. The season is set to premiere on May 21.
The teaser for the third season shows familiar settings from the original episodes like the sheriff’s department, the diner and Laura Palmer’s house. The new season will see Lynch take the top spot again, with a number of the original cast returning to their roles.
After being cancelled due to declining viewership during the 90s, Twin Peaks gained a crazy following in the years that proceeded the cancellation. It gained a cult following and has been named as one of the greatest TV dramas to ever have been made.
