From the 30th of June to the 13th of July, the two lords of fashion will be opening their range of Autumn and Winter clothing, bags, and accessories to the Sydney public – with many fans having camped out in line for hours hoping to snag some of the limited edition menswear.
Many fashion aficionados have agreed that the intersection of high fashion and casual streetwear is a move of creative brilliance for the industry, as well as an interesting concept seeing two different worlds of design collide.
Prices range from a great $585 AUD just for their popular box logo tees – all the way up to a whopping $5,250 AUD for their leather varsity jackets. And if you think those price tags are demanding, the re-sale costs of such items make them look like bargain-bin discounts – with numbers going up to as near as $12,000 AUD.
Still, that isn’t stopping passionate fans of the two brands from showing up and getting their haul of the rare collection. Pop-up stores have also set up for a limited time in Beijing, Tokyo, Paris, London, LA, Miami and Seoul.
