Hospitality icon Sam Christie is the driving force behind beloved restaurants Longrain Sydney, and Melbourne, The Apollo and newly opened Cho Cho San.
Sam and his partners have also made a splash in Japan where he has opened two outposts smack dab in the middle of the action, with The Apollo and Longrain Tokyo.
