Amazon Australia has just launched a new storefront that features 150 local Australian fashion brands and hundreds of international fashion brands. Just in time for Christmas!
Named The Local Fashion Store, Amazon Australia has given locals the opportunity to shop a large number of Australian-made brands, in one spot. Bonds, DUES, Cooper St, Lorna Jane and Billini are just a small example of what The Local Fashion Store has to offer.
Celebrating the release of the new store, Amazon Australia have shortlisted their 15 favourite up-and-coming Australian-born brands. Customers have the opportunity to vote for their personal favourites and the winner of the Amazon Fashion Local Brand Award will win a marketing package worth $75,000 to use towards promoting their brand.
“We are really excited to be empowering some brilliant home grown talent by putting them front and centre on our fashion store,” said Angela Langmann, Amazon Australia’s head of fashion in a press release. “We know Aussies love to shop local and we want to help them do just that with our Amazon Fashion 2018 Local Brand Award and The Local Fashion Store.”
