The return of Ricci’s role was uncertain, but now we can finally make sure of her appearance. Ricci will play a teacher at Nevermore Academy.

There are other things that happened in the trailer.

Due to someone calling her a freak, Wednesday takes revenge. She gets expelled from the former high school. And about to start a new life at Nevermore Academy.

The trailer is full of darkness and creepiness already. The way how Tim Burton combines the classic Addams family story and his unique style is exciting to see.

“Wednesday is currently a teenager. Her snarky, snide remarks might not necessarily sound as charming when they’re coming from somebody who should probably know better than a 10-year-old girl.” Jenna Ortega says.

“There’s an opportunity to give her a bit more dimension, and she becomes a bit more of a real person, which I don’t think we’ve ever seen before.”

Take a look at the trailer. Seeing how the new Addams family – Wednesday and other family members live their lives in their odd and mysterious way in modern society.
