Loewe highlights its new collection “Chinese Monochrome”. It features old Chinese pottery from the Ming and Qing eras.

The exquisite elegance of these ceramics is undoubtedly a result of decades of steadfast craft refinement by successive generations of artists. From “Pale Aubergine” and “Tea Dust” to “Pale Celadon,” the pieces serve as inspiration e.g. for the hues on purses, T-shirts, shorts, and shoes.

Since the brand’s creative director Jonathan Anderson says, “How art, in all its expressions, is a thing of beauty in itself.” The collection perfectly extends the notion of art-is-fashion-is-art.

Through the lens of Teller, the models engage in authentic, humanistic interactions with their surroundings and apparel.
