This time, we preview the hottest drops of the week from Jehucal x Chivas Regal to Paco Rabanne.

Damson Madder F/W 23 Drop #1

British label Damson Madder has dropped 35 new styles from its Fall/Winter 2023 season. The collection draws inspiration from folklore and cottagecore themes, as well as Victorian-style attire and school uniform designs. The first of two drops, it takes inspiration from Japanese photographer Hajime Sawatari’s 1979 book, “Alice from the Sea”. It features bow details, large collars, and micro gingham checks.

The second drop is available in September – and focuses on outerwear and layering. It contains with cosy knits, oversized and quilted coats, and light gilets. The second installment combines outdoor fashion with 90s grunge, introducing new fabrics such as tartan, intarsia knitwear, and pinstripe co-ords.

A collection of 100% recycled material accessories, such as quilted bags, bow detail scrunchies, crochet-style bonnets, and knitted balaclavas, round out the seasonal offering. I

n keeping with Damson Madder’s environmental design concept, the collection includes eco-conscious materials like as Lenzing Ecovera, which is created from sustainable wood and pulp, as well as recycled knitwear.

British Label Jehucal Drops Chivas Regal Collab

Jehucal drops a new womenswear line in collaboration with legendary whisky brand, Chivas Regal. It’s their second collaboration so far. And it’s not the first time Jehucal has dabbled in womenswear, with prior releases including branded tank tops and cropped jackets. However, this appears to be a formal introduction of womenswear; signaling a shift into a larger market for the rising brand.

“The journey has been a testament to the power of persistence and creativity, from crafting tees to curating the very essence of Jehucal’s aesthetic.”

As per the brand’s press statement. Jehucal creator Emay Enemokwu adds,

“This collaboration not only reflects Jehucal’s dedication, but also Chivas Regal’s commitment to redefining its image and resonating with a broader audience.”

Paco Rabanne Launches its Beauty Line

Paco Rabanne beauty makes its debut this week, with the launch of Rabanne Makeup. Overall, the range promotes Gen-Z’ers’ fierce originality and self-expression. “Eyephoria,” the first edition of the launch, focuses largely on expressive eyes featuring eyeshadow quads, palettes, and mascara. “Eyephoria” is currently available for purchase now on Rabanne Makeup. Prices range from $15 USD to $38 USD.

New “Hold Me” Clip by Quavo Memorialises Takeoff

Quavo drops a new music video for “Hold Me” in which he attends a memorial service for Takeoff. The song is from Quavo’s new album, Rocket Power, and features the rapper paying respect to his fellow Migos.

In the “Hold Me” clip, Quavo wears a shirt with Takeoff’s face on it, with the reverse reading “1994 – Infinity.”

Rocket Power includes two tracks with Takeoff verses, “Patty Cake” and “Back Where It Begins” with Future.

“This album is for the Rocket, our true fans, and it’s also my therapy,” Quavo said in May regarding the album.

“This album is for the Rocket our true fans and also this is my therapy,” Quavo about the album in May. “This is album is a true reflection of how I feel right now. Sometimes I’m Good, sometimes I’m Down, sometimes I’m Disappointed, sometimes I fall apart but then I ALWAYS find my strength again.”

Nas Drops “Black Magic” Music Video

The latest Nas drop is a brand new music video for one of the biggest hits from his latest album, Magic 2. The “Black Magic” video, directed by Razak Ologunebi, depicts the Queens rapper attempting to ward off demonic spirits in the guise of a #blpresumably possessed woman. The album, which debuted in June, is the rapper’s sixteenth studio album and fifth full-length collaboration with producer Hit-Boy.
